- No Returns Accepted! We have a 15-day exchange policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or get store credit. The exchange is only valid in store. There is no exchange available for online delivery orders.
- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our store with the item and your receipt.
- If you are unable to visit, please contact our customer service team to discuss options for returns.
- Please note that all inflated balloons are not eligible for store credit or exchange.
