Do you inflate balloons that we bought elsewhere? 

Yes, we inflate outside balloons, that you may have purchased from somewhere else. Prices vary depending on the size and the material of the balloon. You can bring the balloons in to get a proper quote. We are just not held responsible if they pop, deflate or do not float with the helium. 

How do I order balloons?

Placing an order is easy! You can visit us in-store, give us a call, or place your order through our website. Just let us know the date and time you need the balloons, the type and quantity you want, and any customization details. We’ll confirm availability and take care of the rest! We also accept walk ins!

Do I need to place an order in advance for balloons?

While it is recommended to place a preorder for your balloons especially on weekends, we do also accept walk-ins. We always recommend placing your order in advance to ensure availability—especially for large orders or weekend pickups. While we do our best to accommodate same-day orders, advance notice helps us prepare everything exactly the way you want it!

How long do balloons last?

The float time of balloons can vary depending on several factors including size, type (latex or foil), whether they’re treated with Hi-Float, and environmental conditions like temperature and humidity. Generally, latex balloons float for 8–12 hours (or up to a few days with Hi-Float), and foil balloons can float for 3–7 days or longer. However, please note that once balloons leave our store, we cannot guarantee or take responsibility for how long they will stay afloat.
